I build AI that sounds like someone. The work has won a Mercury Award, scaled to hundreds of thousands of interactions, and most recently replaced a boutique fabric shop's entire shop floor with a GenAI assistant.

Conversation design is what I've done for the last four years, across Alexa, Fire TV, chatbots, and now voice agents. Before that, I worked as a copywriter at Ogilvy, DDB and Network BBDO, writing ads for Visa, Emirates, McDonald's and more. The two disciplines complement each other. The copywriting taught me how to write a voice. The conversation design taught me how to make one work in a system.
